It’s a new year, and a perfect time to start your manifesting! It is time to reflect on last year’s lessons and set your intentions for this year. By trying out this simply, yet powerful strategy, you can start taking intentional steps towards your goals.
Using Creative visualization to start manifesting your goals
- Take some time this week or this month to unplug from noise and distractions. Try to spend some time by yourself in nature, at a park, or at a place you find to be soothing/calming (this could even be your bedroom – just eliminate distractions).
- Take some deep breaths, allowing your body to rest and relax
- In your mind’s eye, draw up an image of yourself. Only, it is an image of you at the end of this year.
- Reflect on the following: What were you able to do this year? How are you feeling? Where are you? What are you doing? What were you done with last year that you were so ready to change this year? How did you manage to do this? What strengths were you able to fortify this year? What lessons did you learn? How were you able to be so focused on your goals? Who is proud of you because of what you’ve done and who you are? What are they saying about you?
- Notice how this feels to see yourself in this light.
- Once done, say an affirmation to yourself, “This or something better is already on my path and is meant for me.”
- Draw up this image of yourself continuously and repeatedly (daily, or twice daily in the morning and right before sleep). Keep this image close to you and you will see that your vision will manifest before your eyes.
