Mindfulness and somatic-based mental health therapy
A holistic approach to cultivating inner peace and aligning mind, body, and spirit
Mission
In my practice, I believe in the power of holistic well-being, and I value the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I am dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences with curiosity and compassion. Each person’s journey is unique, and I strive to tailor my approach to meet every client’s specific needs and goals.

My Approach
Through the integration of mindfulness and somatic approaches, I aim to empower individuals to develop a deeper connection with themselves, cultivate self-compassion, and develop skills to address stress, anxiety, and depression. By nurturing self-awareness and facilitating a mind-body connection, my clients are able to embark on a journey of healing and personal growth, finding strength and balance from within.
Therapy services
I offer individual Telehealth therapy, where sessions take place remotely and online via video for all California & Hawaii residents. Life can get busy and I want to support you in your most convenient platform. Appointments can take place in the convenience of your home or current location without needing to go anywhere.
Virtual mental health therapy sessions are conducted through a secure HIPAA-compliant video. Before each session, you will receive an email link to join your appointment. To log in, you will simply click on the video link and be directed into my virtual waiting room.
Therapy Session Fee
The fee for an individual mental health therapy session is $130, payable by card at the end of every session through an online invoice system. An appointment runs about 50 minutes in length.

If I am not in-network with your insurance, a monthly insurance-ready “superbill” (receipt) can be provided upon request for reimbursement to your insurance. You will be responsible to submit the superbill directly to your insurance provider if your plan offers “out of network” reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to verify the details of your out-of-network coverage.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. Before you schedule a service, you can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
