Therapy Rooted in Culture, Body, and Lived Experience

My clinical practice supports first-generation Latine young adults and working professionals who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, and the complex expectations that can come with being the child of immigrants.

Healing that honors the whole person

For many first-generation Latine adults, growing into who you are can mean navigating multiple worlds at once—family and independence, cultural expectations and personal values, responsibility and rest, belonging and identity.

My practice offers a space to slow down and explore these experiences with curiosity and compassion.

My Approach

I integrate somatic therapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and decolonizing perspectives to help clients develop a deeper relationship with themselves, their bodies, and their emotional experiences; honoring that healing does not happen in isolation. Your family, culture, community, history, and the systems you navigate are all part of the story.
